1. The programme

Northcote Advisory provides a simulated, educational investment banking programme. All deals, mandates, and client engagements referenced in the programme are hypothetical and used solely for training purposes. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and either currently enrolled at, or recently graduated from, a recognised higher-education institution.

3. Fees and refunds

Programme fees are confirmed in your offer letter. Fees paid are non-refundable once the cohort has started, except where required by applicable consumer law.

4. Participant conduct

Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete deliverables in good faith, and treat seniors and fellow participants with respect. We reserve the right to remove participants whose conduct disrupts the programme, without refund.

5. Intellectual property

All teaching materials, models, templates, and case studies remain the intellectual property of Northcote Advisory. Participants may use them for personal learning and may showcase their own completed deliverables in interviews. Redistribution to third parties is prohibited.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Completion of the programme does not guarantee a job offer, internship, or interview at any third-party institution.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the programme is limited to the fees paid by the participant.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
