This Privacy Policy explains how Northcote Advisory ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when applying to or interacting with our programmes.
When you submit an application or contact us, we collect your name, email address, university, degree, expected graduation year, optional LinkedIn URL, prior experience, and your written motivation. We may also collect technical data such as IP address and browser type via standard server logs and analytics.
We use your information solely to review your application, schedule interviews, deliver the programme to admitted participants, and to send programme-related communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent (provided when you submit the application form) and our legitimate interests in operating the programme.
Unsuccessful application data is retained for up to 12 months. Participant records are retained for up to 7 years for alumni and reference purposes.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@northcoteadvisory.com.
